Psychotherapist specialising in Transactional Analysis in Lomme (Lille Métropole) and Eecke, in French Flanders
I’m Isabelle, passionate about people, yoga, singing, dancing, hiking and cooking. Among other things!
What deeply inspires me: meeting others, the creativity of life, and the possibility of transformation.
My history with coaching
I have always been drawn to helping and supporting others.
Initially trained in languages and education, I worked in France and abroad, first as a teacher, then in the corporate world: as an executive assistant, then as an international mobility officer in human resources.
Caring for others, making myself useful… I found meaning in that.
But over time, a question arose:
👉 What about me? Who takes care of me?
I gave a lot, sometimes at the expense of my own needs and genuine emotions.
Why do I function this way? How does it impact my life? What am I sacrificing?
That was the beginning of my therapeutic journey.
I am getting to know myself, discovering who I am little by little.
And the more I become myself, the more my ability to listen becomes sincere, profound and open.
My relationships are changing. My social circle is growing richer. I am becoming more daring.
So it’s obvious:
➡️ Leave the company to work directly in the helping professions.

My training as a psychotherapist
I am trained in counselling in the field of psychotherapy at the Lille Institute of Transactional Analysis (IAT) and in clinical psychopathology (IFTS, Belgium). Responsible and compassionate communication using the Gordon approach is one of my specialities.
I am pursuing a course of study in clinical emotions and specific modules (burnout, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress, etc.).
I am regularly supervised — a guarantee of ethics and quality support.
Transactional Analysis is now at the heart of my practice:
a way of understanding our relationship patterns and life scenarios, and moving towards greater freedom in how we live our lives.
Body • Emotions • Presence
I trained in Full Presence (Shangpa Karma Ling) and traditional yoga (Kaivalyadhama Institute in India), which I have been practising and teaching since 2017.
This philosophy is a fundamental principle:
- Observe yourself gently.
- Encounter your vulnerability.
- Embrace your strengths and weaknesses.
- Become aware of the filters that colour our reality.
- Feel our belonging to a whole.
- Find the strength to surrender to something greater than ourselves.
➡️ Psychophysical integration facilitates profound transformation
➡️ Dare to grow and rediscover your own power
Today
I provide counselling for adults, couples and expatriates in Lille, at my practice in Eecke in Flanders, or online.
Consultations are available in French and English.
My aim is to offer you a space where you can relax, discover yourself and make choices for yourself.
Growing up does not mean becoming someone else.
Growing up means becoming your true self
